In addition to winning trophies in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, and England, the former forward for Ajax, Juventus, Inter, AC Milan, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Manchester United also played in Major League Soccer (MLS) with the LA Galaxy, the same division that Argentine sensation Lionel Messi currently plays for at Inter Miami.
Former Inter teammate Materazzi has explained to SempreInter why the famous player is not the greatest of all time, despite Ibrahimovic’s constant claims to be a sporting “god”: He believes he was the world’s top player. I don’t think so. But in my opinion, he is a huge player. He has a long history of scoring goals.
“He has won a lot of titles, though perhaps not the most significant ones because he lost World Cups, European Championships, and Champions Leagues, but he did win maybe 20 Scudetti.” He is a crack; he is a huge player.
