(Football news) Borussia Dortmund travel to Bremen to face Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga on Saturday. BVB alongside Bayern Munich are the only other team with a 100% record after two matches, while newly-promoted side Bremen are unbeaten with two draws. Dortmund showed extreme spirit which has not always been evident at the club in recent years by coming from a goal behind to beat Freiburg 3-1 last Friday. Debutant Anthony Modeste had some early opportunities before the hosts' growing pressure paid off, with Michael Gregoritsch looping header over Gregor Kobel gave them the lead.
With his side not playing well, Edin Terzic wasted little time and turned towards his bench in the second half, with three substitutes ultimately changing the complexion of the game. Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, who was rewarded with a new three-year contract this week as he scored his first goal for the club. Another teenage substitute turned the game on its head as Youssoufa Moukoko put the visitors ahead in the 84th minute. Then Marius Wolf put the icing on the cake when he fired a shot into the bottom corner with his weaker left foot to wrap up the three points and ensured that Dortmund kept pace with Bayern at the top of the table. They will hope to keep their 100% intact when they meet at Westfalenstadion on October 8.
Borussia Dortmund possible starting lineup:
Kobel; Meunier, Hummels, Schlotterbeck, Guerreiro; Dahoud, Bellingham; Hazard, Reus, Malen; Modeste
Werder Bremen possible starting lineup:
