Barcelona and Hansi Flick have not yet agreed on a new deal.  Marca previously stated that the parties had reached an agreement to extend the contract for a more season.

 Journalist Florian Plettenberg claims that talks are far along in the coach’s new contract negotiations.  But nothing has been inked as of yet.  The arrangement is said to remain in effect until 2027.  The club’s president, Joan Laporta, is quite happy with Flick’s work and he feels extremely at home there.  Therefore, every indication suggests that a new agreement is being reached.

The extension won’t be formally revealed until the end of the season, though, as Marca previously stated.  The team is vying for a triple, therefore this decision was taken to keep them from becoming distracted.
