(Hockey news) The longest-running hockey rivalry is between India and Pakistan, two Asian superpowers who dominated the game for the most of the 20th century. The Men’s Junior Asia Cup 2023 final between India and Pakistan tonight will open a new chapter in the long-running rivalry. Both teams had been dominating throughout the competition and easily defeated their opponents in the semi-finals, with Pakistan eliminating Malaysia 6-2 and India smashing Korea 9-1. 

Earlier in the competition, India and Pakistan squared off in Pool A, but the score remained tied after 60 minutes. The two teams will compete their hardest in tonight’s finals since the gold medal and bragging rights are on the line! At 20:00 local time, the final gets started.
