England Women’s cricket team claim the multi-format series 10-6

England Women have defeated India Women in the final T20 international by 8 wickets. With a win in the final T20I, they have sealed the Vitality IT20 series 2-1 and have also claimed the multi-format series 10-6.

India Women managed to score 153 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their first innings of the final Vitality IT20. It seemed to be a decent first innings score until Danni Wyatt’s unbeaten 89 made it look like a cakewalk. The host comfortably chased down 153 as Nat Sciver and Wyatt put on a 112 run partnership. Nat Sciver had earlier taken 1-16 in her four-overs, she was named player of the series for her consistent performance in the series.
