(Cricket news) Under the stadium lights, Vanuatu’s bowlers shined brilliantly, led by Nasimana Navaika’s outstanding bowling effort, which restricted Zimbabwe to only 61 runs in 13.3 overs. Navaika spearheaded the attack, claiming four wickets for 13 runs. Vanuatu knock down the mark with 21 balls remaining, despite facing some tight periods from Zimbabwe’s bowlers. Navaika also made a calm 21 runs off 36 balls to help her team win. 

Scotland elected to bat first and put up a commanding total of 161 runs for just 3 wickets. Ailsa Lister (55 runs) and Saskia Horley (61* runs) were the stars of the show with the bat. In reply, Uganda’s batting faltered, and they were sk bowled out for a mere 52 runs in 12.2 overs. Rachel Slater’s exceptional bowling (5/17) spearheaded the collapse, ably supported by Abtaha Maqsood’s three wickets (3/10).
