Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma wants to continue their winning streak at home says Sunil Gavaskar

Mumbai Indians, frequently referred to as the TATA IPL's "late bloomers," earned their first victory of the year by defeating Delhi Capitals in that team's own backyard. The team lead by Rohit Sharma will now try to maintain its winning streak, but they will have to deal with KKR

(Cricket News) Sunil Gavaskar stated on Star Sports Cricket Live,  “The upcoming match is going to be very interesting for Mumbai because after breaking the long streak of defeat, there must have been a change in the mindset of the Mumbai team and now it will be interesting to see what kind of game they show to maintain their winning streak.”

Harbhajan Singh, a former member of the KKR team and a former member of the Indian cricket team, is happy with Nitish Rana’s performance with the bat and with the manner he is guiding the team as captain. Harbhajan Singh stated on Star Sports Cricket Live, “Nitish Rana has led KKR from the front in the last two games. His timing has been immaculate, he attacked spinners and pacers with equal ease. He is batting well and even making the captaincy moves brilliantly.”

Despite losing at home to Punjab Kings in one of the games on Super Saturday, Lucknow Super Giants’ captain KL Rahul’s batting was the team’s best strength. Irfan Pathan, a former cricketer for India, predicts that Rahul’s belief in the TATA IPL 2023 would increase as a result of the first fifty, which is excellent news for LSG supporters.

Irfan Pathan stated on Star Sports Cricket Live,“KL Rahul coming into form is good news for Lucknow. This will give confidence to this team. If Rahul’s bat speaks, this team will post a good score. And he has some quality bowlers who can defend the total for Lucknow Super Giants.”

Virat Kohli, the captain of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), scored his third fifty of the year in the first game of the doubleheader on Saturday. Former India cricketer Mithali Raj thinks Kohli’s performance will motivate the team’s other players to perform well.

Mithali Raj stated on Star Sports Cricket Live,  “An opener setting momentum for team is important in T20s and Virat did just that against Delhi Capitals. Virat charges against the bowlers who are bowling at a speed of 140/150 kmph. He’s never bogged down by the bowlers’. The strike rate with which he’s scoring runs in the middle will give the confidence to the other batters to do well when they step in.”
