(Football news) After a quick start, Son Heung-min gave Spurs the lead in the sixth minute of play. However, three minutes later, he found himself in the back of his own net, drawing the sides’ score to 1-1.

Phil Foden gave Man City the lead again in the 31st minute, but Giovani Lo Celso’s superb strike into the bottom corner in the 69th minute tied the score at 2-2.

The defending champions found another gear in the closing minutes, as Jack Grealish scored in the 81st to put Pep Guardiola’s team ahead 3-2. However, Kulusevski headed a late equalizer for the North London team.

Man City, who has now drawn its previous three Premier League games, is still in third place in the standings, three points behind champions Arsenal. Tottenham, on the other hand, moves back into fifth place, snapping a three-game losing streak.

Jeremy Doku gave Man City their first chance of the game in the fifth minute, but Guglielmo Vicario, the Tottenham goalkeeper, stopped the attacker’s low effort. After a quick counterattack from a Man City corner, Son broke into the home team’s box and sent the ball under Ederson to give Spurs the lead less than a minute later.

After some superb movement in a wide area, Doku crashed one against the crossbar in the thirtyth minute. The summer arrival had made his way into the Spurs box before smashing the ball off the post.

But Man City scored less than a minute later, and it was excellent football from the victors. Foden scored from close range after a deft move featuring Haaland, Doku, and Alvarez.

The next man to go near for the Citizens was Alvarez, who missed a low shot against the post in the 35th minute. Less than a minute later, Haaland swept one over the crossbar, giving Man City the impression that they were going to run wild as Spurs urgently tried to stay in the game.
