(Cricket news) Gujarat Titans started off their campaign in emphatic fashion on Friday night but they lost Kane Williamson through injury. In the last match against CSK they chased down a target of 180 with ease but today’s game with Delhi presents a new challenge for them.

They will come up against a Delhi Capitals side who were underwhelming in a heavy defeat on Saturday night. They lacked penetration with the ball, were sloppy in the field, and couldn’t cope with Mark Wood’s pace.

Both sides will welcome their South African players as the likes of David Miller, Lungi Ngidi and Anrich Nortje were on the same flights from Johannesburg to Delhi. The Titans are likely going to bring in David Miller into their playing XI as Williamson’s IPL season is over due to a knee injury.

They will trust in Sai Sudharsan to continue at No. 3 as both of their overseas quicks Alzarri Joseph and Josh Little will most likely keep their spots in the team For the Capitals, Nortje’s pace would offer them a different dimension with the ball but to fit him in, Capitals would have to leave out one of their overseas batters as Rilee Rossouw will be the most likely be left out.
