In men’s singles, Lakshya Sen received a walkover and will face No. 7 seed Chou Tien-chen (Chinese Taipei) in the Round of 16. Kiran George defeated Chinese Taipei’s Wang Tzu Wei (23-21, 21-18) in the Round of 32, advancing to matchup against Jonatan Christie (Indonesia).
