Vidarbha began Day 4 at 343/6, with Yash Rathod on 97. They lost Sarwate early on in the day, however Rathod ensured that the loss did not hamper the hosts to much. He continued holding one end and scored a wonderful 141 runs. However he did not receive any help from the other end, as Anubhav Agarwal dismissed the entire tail cheaply. Vidarbha finished on 402 giving MP a target of 321 runs to get a birth in the finals.

MP did not start off very well. They lost their opener Himanshu Mantri at a score of just 22 runs, but Yash Dubey and Gawli, steadied the ship and stitched a 106-run stand. The hosts then made a strong comeback inflicting a middle-order collapse for MP as they found themselves staggering at 195/5.

Akshay Wakhare did most of the damage for the visitors, taking 3 crucial wickets, which included the wickets of Solanki, skipper Shubham Sharma and Venkatesh Iyer. Yash Dubey however held on end and was looking comfortable. He added 32 more runs along with Saransh Jain to take MP to 227, but the day did not end well for the visitors.
