(Cricket News) In a touching video shared on social media by the Indian Premier League team Delhi Capitals, wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant was captured displaying his batting skills during a club game held in Bengaluru.

Following a distressing accident in December of the previous year, Rishabh has been in the process of recovery at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Recently, he made a visit to a sports facility near Bengaluru to participate in the Independence Day festivities organized by the JSW Foundation, a co-owner of Delhi Capitals.

During the event, Rishabh delivered an inspiring message, urging individuals to maintain their enjoyment of sports as they age. He remarked, “As you grow older, the passion for the game tends to fade away. This often happens due to the mounting pressure to excel in various aspects of life.”

“However, it’s important not to miss out on the enjoyment in life,” Pant emphasized in a video shared by Sangita Jindal, the chairperson of JSW Foundation.

In December, Pant encountered an accident when his car collided with a road divider on the Delhi-Dehradun highway.

Swiftly responding to the situation, Pant managed to exit his Mercedes just in time before the vehicle caught fire subsequent to the collision with the divider.

In February of this year, Pant underwent a surgical procedure in Mumbai led by Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala. During the surgery, Dr. Pardiwala attended to three ligaments in Pant’s right knee.
