(Motorsports news) MotoGP Bharat on Thursday unveiled “Road to MotoGP,” a multi-city event that would cover major cities all across the nation and connect with motorcycle enthusiasts, biker groups, and many more to celebrate the spirit of motorcycling and raise awareness about MotoGP. This will be the first race to ever take place in India. This special event will also identify talent and foster positive relationships with young riders who want to pursue the sport professionally.

We are happy to organize these city visits and expand the popularity of the sport to numerous towns across India, said Pushkar Nath Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer of FairStreet Sports, the Indian promoters of the sport. 

This tour honors the thriving bicycling scene in our nation and demonstrates our dedication to promoting motorsports all throughout the nation. We’re excited to host bicycling enthusiasts from different backgrounds and provide everyone with an outstanding experience.

The ‘Hyderabad Chapter’ set for July 16 is anticipated to draw 500+ bikers to participate in a controlled ride beginning from Dhruva College of Fashion Technology HiTech city, riding in a loop of around 30 KM, and returning to the start point. 

Similar to other events, this one aims to spread the idea that “Roads are for riding” and “Tracks are for racing” and to inspire young and aspiring riders to learn about this international intellectual property and develop a strong sense of community with fellow bikers.

The sport fervor will be spread throughout the nation after the Hyderabad event with a series of events to be held in 24 cities, including Bangalore, Jaipur, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kashmir, and Guwahati. The series will culminate with a grand finale ride at the Buddh International Circuit on September 22–24, 2023, the race weekend.
