(Football News) Kylian Mbappe’s transfer buzz noise is growing louder.

As his contractual disagreement with the club persists, the forward is reportedly being prevented from participating in training sessions with PSG’s first-team, according to a report by The Guardian.

After completing their tour of Japan and South Korea, PSG is scheduled to return to their training facility on Monday. However, Kylian Mbappe will not be included in Luis Enrique’s primary squad. The 24-year-old Mbappe finds himself in a deadlock with PSG following his decision to forgo a 12-month contract extension. Instead, he has plans to depart as a free agent in 2025, widely speculated to join Real Madrid.

PSG’s inclination is to capitalize on the World Cup standout’s value now, rather than allowing him to depart for free a year later when his contract expires. Notably, Mbappe also rejected a record-breaking $332 million offer from Saudi team Al-Hilal and declined to engage with the club’s officials.

PSG might attempt to exert pressure on Mbappe to ink a fresh contract by excluding him from the team lineup at the commencement of the season. Yet, considering PSG’s narrow one-point victory in the league last season, this approach seems fraught with risk and has the potential to displease fans. Moreover, it could foster an unfavorable atmosphere for the newly appointed PSG coach, Luis Enrique.
