The joy of both fans and commentators has been tempered by the stumbling of rumors about Jürgen Klopp’s possible transfer to Real Madrid.  The well-liked German manager, who is now the Red Bull group’s worldwide football director, was rumored to be prepared to take over at the Santiago Bernabéu in the event that Carlo Ancelotti resigned.  Nevertheless, Klopp’s agent’s recent remarks have put an end to those rumors.

 In an interview with Sky Sport Germany, Marc Kosicke said categorically, “Jürgen is very happy in his new role as the global football director at Red Bull.”  Despite the many interests competing for Klopp’s attention, he has no plans to return to management in the upcoming season, which further demonstrates his dedication to his role.

With Xabi Alonso emerging as a front-runner in the coaching talks, Real Madrid is poised to shift its attention toward alternate alternatives as the environment changes.  Alonso’s reputation keeps growing, and if Ancelotti quits, the team might consider him a suitable replacement.
