(Football news) Juventus were saved by a last minute goal as they drew with Sevilla at home. Massimiliano Allegri made four changes to the line-up that beat Atlanta away from home. Arkadiusz Milik, Iling Junior, Nicolo Fagioli and Daniele Rugani all dropped to the bench. Dusan Vlahovic, Filip Kostic, Fabio Miretti and Leonardo Bonucci all came into the side for the game. Sevilla made 6 changes to the line-up that won at home against Espanyol. Marko Dimitrovic, Karim Rekik, Alex Telles, Pape Gueye, Suso and Rafa Mir all made way for Yassine Bounou, Loic Bade, Fernando, Lucas Ocampos and Youssef En-Nesyri.

Sevilla looked the better team right from the start as Ivan Rakitic was orchestrating the play. The Spanish side was knocking on the door and they finally opened the scoring in the 26th minute. Ocampos drove into the space on the right before firing in a low cross into En-Nesyri who wrong footed Wojciech Szczęsny to score. Juventus looked very shaky at the back and couldn’t keep the ball for longer periods of time. Sevilla had a couple of chances to double their lead but the home side held on. Allegri made a double change at half time which added a much needed spark to the team.

Juventus started creating more chances and they finally scored in injury time. Federico Gatti who came on to replace the injured Leonardo Bonucci scored after some pinball off Federico Chiesa’s corner. Juventus will take the result considering that they were below par for most of the game. However Sevilla are heavy favorites now because beating them at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium is a very difficult task. Juventus have a home game against Cremonese while Sevilla play away at Real Valladolid on the weekend.
