BCCI has revealed that BookMyShow will serve as the ticketing platform for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023

BCCI has set different dates for ticket sales so that the operation runs smoothly

(Cricket News) BCCI has officially designated BookMyShow, India’s premier entertainment destination, as the Ticketing Platform for the prestigious ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. Set to kick off on September 29th and culminate on November 19th, this cricket spectacle presents fans with a unique opportunity to witness their cricketing icons in action from the stadium seats.

The tournament is slated to showcase a total of 58 matches, encompassing 10 warm-up fixtures, which will be hosted across 12 prominent venues throughout the nation.

With the aim of providing a seamless and comprehensive ticketing experience for fans, the ticket sales process for this illustrious event will unfold in a series of meticulously planned phases. The initial phase, exclusively reserved for ICC’s commercial partner, Mastercard, will span a 24-hour window.

The schedule for the pre-sale of tickets for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 is as follows:

– August 24th from 6 PM IST onwards: Mastercard Pre-sale – All Non-India event matches excluding warm-up games

– August 29th from 6 PM IST onwards: Mastercard Pre-sale – All India matches excluding warm-up games

– September 14th from 6 PM IST onwards: Mastercard Pre-sale – Semi Finals and Final

Subsequently, ticket sales for all other users will be divided into phases as outlined below:

– August 25th from 8 PM IST onwards: Non-India Warm-Up matches and all Non-India event matches

– August 30th from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Guwahati and Trivandrum

– August 31st from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Chennai, Delhi, and Pune

– September 1st from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Mumbai

– September 2nd from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Bengaluru and Kolkata

– September 3rd from 8 PM IST onwards: India match at Ahmedabad

– September 15th from 8 PM IST onwards: Semi-Finals and Final
