(Football news) The new FIFA 22 launches in two days and the fans are already excited about the new features in the game, Over the years FIFA has been the go to game for all football fans since years, this year the craze is even more with the ‘Goats’ of football moving to new teams which creates a sense of excitement for the gaming fans. This year Indian football fans will have reason to rejoice as FIFA 22 will feature the Indian Super League and its 11 clubs for the first time. Along with that FIFA 22 will also feature the newly formed UEFA Conference League.
FIFA 22 rankings
This year FIFA 22 features updated rankings of the players which was ‘powered by the ratings collective’ talent scouting network by EA Sports. This year Paris Saint Germain’s newest star Lionel Messi is the highest rated player with a rating of 93, followed by Robert Lewandowski and Cristiano Ronaldo who are rated at 92 and 91 respectively. Kevin De Bruyne and cover star Kylian Mbappe round up the the top 5 rankings as both are rated 91 each at fourth and fifth position respectively. This year Jan Oblak is the highest rated goalkeeper in the game with a rating of 91, PSG and Man City are the top two best rated teams followed closely by Manchester United in the game.
FIFA 22 new features and game modes
Like in the earlier installments, FIFA 22 will feature the classic career mode, but this time we’ll get to build the team from scratch, customising kits to the home stadium everything will be included in the game. In Ultimate team, will feature more FUT heroes in the roster as players like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Robbie Keane, Freddie Ljungeberg, Mario Gomez, Tim Cahill and many more are added in the game,.It's a new feature that FIFA have introduced that aims to give the players the nostalgia of Icon cards without the large price tag say for a FUT Icons. The ultimate team will as usual feature the FUT Icons as this year players like Wayne Rooney, Robin Van Persie, Cafu, Iker Casillas will all feature in the game. FIFA will also bring back Volta as this time gamers will be able to trigger special abilities and earn in-game match boost depending on the levels of skill, along with that FIFA 22 also features a new mode called Volta Arcade where upto three players can play foot tennis, dodgeball and more fun party games.
FIFA 22 new upgrades
The most talked about improvement from FIFA 21 has been the Hypermotion technology which brings an improved AI, notably in the animation and player control as the game aims for more realism. The original marketing team stated that: “HyperMotion integrates advanced full-team mocap data and machine learning to heighten gameplay in every match in FIFA 22, delivering the most realistic and fluid gameplay experience we’ve ever built.”

FIFA 22 release date:
FIFA 22 is set to release on 1st October. The game will be available on the PC, PlayStation 5, Playstation 4, XBOX series S, XBOX series X, XBOX one and Nintendo Switch. The game will be available in two editions as one will be the standard with all new features on and the second one will be the FIFA 22 Ultimate Edition as these have access to the game four days earlier along with 4,600 Fifa points.
