While specific financial terms were not disclosed, reports from British media suggest that City has paid Chelsea a fee of £25 million ($31.87 million), with an additional £5 million potentially included as add-ons for the midfielder. In a statement released by the club, Kovacic expressed his excitement, stating, “This is a fantastic opportunity for me, and I am eagerly looking forward to beginning this new chapter with City.”
