(Football news) With the Serie A heading into the month of November, Napoli will look to maintain their two point lead over AC Milan as they face Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma, for Milan they will be taking advantage of this situation as they face Bologna away from home. The fixture of the week is probably between Juventus vs Inter as both clubs look to consolidate their position in the table.
After a miserable start to the season, Juventus have bounced back remarkably and will take Inter Milan in the ‘Derby of Italy’. Juve vs Inter has become one of the biggest rivalries in recent times as both clubs have regained ambition to win the Scudetto. Although Juventus haven’t looked at their ruthless best, what they have done over the past few weeks is that they have grinded out results, which in turn has helped them move up the table. Inter will be hoping for a different outcome after they suffered a defeat to Lazio last week, Inzaghi’s will be hoping that they take confidence from the Champions league win over Sheriff. For Juventus, Dybala and Morata both will be fit for the match as for Inter most of their first team will be fit.
Napoli take on AS Roma in a mouth watering fixture in store for the fans, Jose Mourinho’s side suffered an embarrassing loss against Bode in the Conference League as they will be hoping for a better performance this weekend. Napoli on the hand will be full of confidence after a dominant victory in Poland against Legia Warsaw, they will aim to win their 9 match in a row which will be their clubs best ever start. Mourinho had rested all his starters against Bode midweek but he must bring the likes of Tammy Abraham and Pelligrini back into the starting XI, for Napoli Osimhen is in red hot form and will be one of the key players to watch out for.
AC Milan take on Bologna in what is a must win match for Stefan Poli’s side as they need to maintain pressure on the top of the table. The Rossoneri suffered a midweek loss to Porto in Champions league and would hope to leave that result behind and focus on their domestic form which has been outstanding, with only two points dropped so far. AC Milan’s 22 points is the club's best start since 1954-55, but the task in hand will be difficult as both Theo Hernandez and Brahim Diaz will be ruled out because of Covid 19. While new signings such as Mike Maigan and Alessandro Florenzi are both out, Zlatan could make an unexpected start for Milan this week.
