(Motorsports news) MotoGP Bharat had a grand display at the Silverstone Racing Circuit in England over the weekend as the popular actor and bike racing enthusiast Rannvijay Singha along with Deputy High Commissioner to UK Mr Sujit Ghosh represented India’s excitement and preparedness and the official host state Uttar Pradesh branding was also unveiled at the historic racing arena in the United Kingdom.

Popular actor and TV star Rannvijay, who is also known for his passion and love for bikes, witnessed the fast and the meanest machines raving-up the British Grand Prix—one of the historic race tracks in the world. They were also accompanied by the MotoGP Bharat officials.

“Having been able to bring MotoGP Bharat to world’s most iconic racing venue is not only a matter of pride for all of us but also a very special moment to have India’s biking star Rannvijay Singha coming here to experience the thrills of the MotoGP in person as well as promoting brand UP at the Silverstone Arena among the racing enthusiasts of the world,” commented Pushkar Nath Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer, FairStreet Sports.

While the weekend witnessed the MotoGP action resume after a long summer break, the MotoGP Bharat contingent seeped in every moment of excitement during the British Grand Prix and for Rannvijay, it was nothing less than a lifetime experience too.

“It was historic, I am still in awe of it. While I could go to the extreme of the track and witness the drivers riding, it was an emotional moment for me to be here and witness all of them. I have been following these biking superstars and getting this opportunity is really special. I am grateful to MotoGP Bharat team for bringing me here and let me have one of the best experiences of my life. Also having this whole experience soon in India will definitely be a game-changing moment for many, I can tell you that standing right here,” Rannvijay expressed.

MotoGP Bharat — organised by FairStreet Sports, in collaboration with Dorna Sports — is all set to put India on the global Grand Prix motorcycle racing map when the first-ever motorcycling event takes place at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida from September 22 to 24.

The 13th race on the calendar, MotoGP Bharat will see 42 teams and 84 riders in action across MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 categories which includes renowned names like Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati, Marc Marquez of Repsol Honda Team, Marco Bezzecchi of Mooney, Brad Binder and Jack Miller of Redbull and Jorge Martin of Prima.
