(Football news) Young children to participate in a Baby League system in three age groups—U-9, U-10, and U-12. The JJL is expected to continue through the latter week of May, with the upcoming round of matches slated for Sunday, April 16.
The League’s goal is to give children under the age of 13 the chance to play football and hone their talents in a competitive and exciting setting. 16 teams from the three age groups participated in the first Matchday, which took place on April 9. While the U12 level used a 7v7 format, the U-9 and U-10 groups played 5v5 matches.
Odisha FC has partnered with Pro Sport growth (PSD) to concentrate and strengthen its grassroots programming activities in an effort to support the local community’s grassroots growth of football. The League promises to be fun and interesting for the young participants in a setting that is safe and supportive, given by knowledgeable coaches and officials, for the players to hone their footballing abilities and passion.
