Gamepoint, a prominent sports services provider, has partnered with Decathlon, the world-renowned sports retail giant, to provide a thriving sporting culture and a healthier lifestyle in Hyderabad. The partnership is a common mission to make sports accessible to all and encourage individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle through physical activity.
The association will leverage the elite sports centres of Gamepoint to orchestrate a wide array of sports events tailored to cater to all age groups and skill levels in Hyderabad. These events will serve as a catalyst for individuals and families to immerse themselves in sports, discover latent talents, and build a close-knit sports-loving community.

In alliance with Decathlon’s purpose to sustainably make the benefits of sport accessible to the many, this collaboration will encompass the local facilities at Atrium Store and Uppal Store in Hyderabad.
This endeavour is also poised to bring a plethora of benefits to sports enthusiasts in the city, elevating accessibility, and engagement and take participative sports to new heights.

A collaborative study by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to determine levels of physical activity last year, revealed that 41% of Indians are not engaged in sufficient physical activities at the national level, the number shoots up to more than 52% when it comes to urban adults.
Both Decathlon and Gamepoint are committed to tackling this by proactively promoting sports and cultivating a vibrant sports ecosystem and encouraging fitness and wellness in the state of Telangana.
To bolster visibility and recognition, Gamepoint and Decathlon will feature cross-branding at their respective locations. This move will also create a cohesive identity, reflecting their shared dedication to sports promotion in a community that is more sporty.
