(Cricket news) The Evoke Super Series, the peak women’s cricket competition in Ireland is set to begin with a big 50-over clash between the Dragons and Typhoons in Belfast.

The venue of the first match is Belmont, the home of CIYMS and a new host ground for the Evoke Super Series.

Here is everything you need to know about the competition.

THE COMPETITION

The Evoke Super Series features two competitions involving three teams – Dragons, Scorchers and Typhoons. The competitions are:

  • Evoke Super 50 Cup (50-over competition)
  • Evoke Super 20 Trophy (T20 competition)
