Coldplay to Feature on Barça’s Jersey Next

The artwork will include the Coldplay logo, which was inspired by the band’s most recent album, “Moon Music,” which was released on October 4. Coldplay and FC Barcelona have a long history together. In the 2008–09 season, Coldplay’s anthem “Viva La Vida” served as the unofficial anthem of the team.

In commemoration of the club’s founding year, there will only be 1899 jerseys available. In addition, there will be 22 unique glow-in-the-dark shirts, with half of the starting men’s and women’s teams signing them. With FC Barcelona starting in 2022, the UNHCR will get all net earnings from the shirts.
