Sajid Lodi named captain as India announce team for ITF World Junior Tennis Finals

New Delhi: In the latest Sports news, the All India Tennis Association's (AITA) Junior Selection Committee chaired by Suman Kapur today announced the Indian team for the upcoming ITF World Junior Tennis Finals 2021 scheduled to take place from 2nd to 7th

August at Prostejov, Czech Republic.

Team India for the International Tennis Federation (ITF) World Junior Tennis Finals:-

1) Rethin Pranav R S

2) Kriish Ajay Tyagi

3) Tejas Ahuja

4) Manas Manoj Dhamne (Reserve)

Sajid Lodi will lead the Indian team.

The Finals is ITF's International Tennis Federation’s Team Championships for Boys and Girls of 14 & Under age group.

For the 21st successive year, the Finals will be held at TK Prostejov, Prostejov, Czech Republic.

The ITF World Junior Tennis Finals will be competed on a round robin basis followed by a knockout stage, as required, to rank sides from 1st to 16th position. Each tie will feature 2 singles and 1 doubles rubber.

Games will be played on 16 clay courts or, in a bad weather condition, on nearby indoor courts.
