Real Madrid’s famous manager Carlo Ancelotti may be about to make a historic decision to take charge of Brazil’s national squad.  Ancelotti’s move to the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has been the subject of increased speculation due to local media sources, which indicate that a deal may be close to completion.

 The CBF is very close to signing a deal with the renowned Italian coach, according to the well-known Brazilian publication O Globo.  If this agreement is finalized, Ancelotti will take over as manager of the five-time World Cup winners beginning with the June FIFA international matches, which will excite South America.

Significant progress has been made in the negotiations between the CBF and Ancelotti, according to recent events from Brazil.  In recent weeks, the CBF, led by president Ednaldo Rodrigues, has resumed talks with the 64-year-old manager, according to journalist Lauro Jardim.

 The CBF is very optimistic and hopes to finish the contract by the end of April.  Brazilian outlets concur that significant progress has been made in the talks, with only a few procedures remaining to be completed before finalizing the sale, even if no official confirmation has been made as of yet.

Carlo Ancelotti’s appointment as the national team coach is all but guaranteed, according to the CBF.  Significant progress has been made in negotiations with the current Real Madrid manager.  It is anticipated, therefore, that no announcements will be made until the end of this month.  The CBF does not formally attest to the fact that negotiations between the parties are even in progress,” Jardim said.

Ancelotti would remain with the Brazilian team until the 2026 World Cup if the deal is confirmed.  According to reports, the contract would pay the seasoned strategist more than $11 million a year.  Ancelotti is eager to begin his rule during the pivotal South American qualifications, according to the CBF.

On June 4, Ancelotti will probably make his debut with the Brazilian national team against Ecuador. On June 9, he would play against Paraguay.  It is more urgent than ever to make an official statement about Ancelotti’s employment because of the closeness of these games and the need to complete the team in around three weeks.
