Al-Nassr has made a €25 million offer for Marcelo Brozovic

If Al-Nassr presents a €25 million offer, Inter Milan's midfielder Marcelo Brozovic might make a move this summer

(Football News) Italian news outlet FCInter1908 reports that Inter Milan has turned down Al-Nassr’s initial bid. However, they state that if an improved offer is received, the Nerazzurri would be open to selling the 30-year-old Croatian international.

According to FCIN1908, Al-Nassr is actively pursuing the signing of Marcelo Brozovic. The Saudi club has submitted an initial offer of €15 million for the Croatian player, which Inter Milan has turned down. However, Inter Milan believes that a higher fee would be appropriate for a player whose contract expires at the end of June 2026.

Previously, it would have been unthinkable for Brozovic to be sold, but circumstances have changed. He has faced prolonged injury spells during the past season, and Hakan Calhanoglu has emerged as a quality option in his position. Additionally, reports suggest that a rift has developed between Brozovic and Inter, primarily due to the management of the midfielder’s injuries.

FCIN1908 states that Inter Milan would be willing to sell Brozovic to Al-Nassr for a potential bid of €25 million. This amount is €10 million higher than Al-Nassr’s current offer. Such a deal could facilitate Inter Milan’s pursuit of Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo and ensure they retain Nicolo Barella amidst interest from Chelsea, Newcastle United, and Liverpool.

Considering Brozovic’s perspective, FCIN1908 notes that he wouldn’t necessarily reject the idea of joining Al-Nassr. While he still has potential suitors in Europe, including Barcelona, he may opt for the significant financial rewards offered by the Saudi Pro League.
