Ronaldo’s Teammate Reveals Rejected Offer

Despite receiving an offer, one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s former Manchester United teammates has disclosed the one team he will never sign with.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is good friends with Patrice Evra, and the two of them won the Champions League in 2008 and three consecutive Premier Leagues.

In his first stint at United, Ronaldo paid £12 million to join from Sporting CP at the age of 18. He went on to score 118 goals in 292 games and solidify his place among the greatest of all time after joining Real Madrid for £80 million in 2009.

After three seasons with Juventus in Serie A, Ronaldo would subsequently secure a dream return to United in 2021 after rivals City expressed interest.

However, Evra asserts that Ronaldo had the chance to rejoin the Premier League three years earlier, and the Frenchman stated that in 2018, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain were all interested in signing him.Evra claims that although Ronaldo was widely known to Arsenal when he was a young player, he had no interest in joining the Gunners six years prior.

But before Juventus approached, he reportedly considered moving to PSG.

“Has Cristiano ever expressed interest in joining PSG? “ Evra confirmed this to RMC Sport (via Goal).

“There was Arsenal, Paris… That was before to his 2018 Juventus signing.”

“He owned Paris, Juventus, and Chelsea. “I would never go to Arsenal,” he declared. The (Parisian) initiative caught his attention.

Cristiano could have been criticized, but he would have adjusted. He would have done something. Take a look at his actions in Saudi Arabia. He’s a Saudi.

Ronaldo still admires Arsenal, even if he has no desire to join with them. He stated that if it weren’t for his former team, he would be delighted to see them win the Premier League.

“Manchester first, and if not, Arsenal is some team that I like to see play,” the Al Nassr star said to Piers Morgan on Talk TV.

“I like the team.” The coach appeals to me. They have a solid team, in my opinion. And I’ll be pleased if Arsenal wins the Premier League instead of Manchester United.

With 16 goals in 19 games this season, the Portuguese superstar, who will turn 40 next year, is still playing well for Al Nassr.
