Carlo Ancelotti, the head coach of Real Madrid, stated that “we have to be worried” following his team’s second straight loss at the Bernabeu on Tuesday.
Los Blancos lost to FC Barcelona 4-0 in their most recent La Liga match, but AC Milan defeated them 3-1 at the same stadium in the Champions League, dropping the league winners to 17th place out of 36 teams.
Unrest is spreading in the Spanish capital as a result of Fede Valverde’s girlfriend assaulting Ancelotti and the team’s attackers on social media during the game.
When asked if he was in the mixed zone after the game by local broadcaster Movistar, the Italian acknowledged that “we have to be” concerned.

Ancelotti cited “we don’t defend well” as the reason why his team has given up nine goals in their last three games.
“The group is not small. We must be more organized and compact. Indeed, we are giving up a great deal,” he admitted.
Valverde “was not 100% and “had trouble in his back,” according to Ancelotti.
The Italian went on to say, “He trained well yesterday, but we decided to substitute him because he experienced that pain in the first half.”
Then, when it was announced that Aurelien Tchouameni had been replaced at halftime, Ancelotti was questioned about whistles directed at the midfield player and whether this would have an impact on his morale.
“Emotionally, no,” persisted Ancelotti. “What we have is a group issue rather than an individual one. It’s time to rise, battle, and win the upcoming match.
“We have to focus on today,” Ancelotti said, reminding everyone that tough rivals like Premier League leaders Liverpool and Europa League winners Atalanta are coming up. Our team isn’t playing at its best, and we need to improve in order to compete in every tournament.”
