(Cricket News) The new national team jerseys for the Indian cricket team have been unveiled by Adidas, the official kit sponsor. These jerseys will be worn by the Men’s, Women’s, and Youth teams in all three formats of the game. The debut of the new kit will take place during the upcoming World Test Championship Final for the India Men’s team, followed by its usage in ODI, T20, and Test fixtures.

With exclusive rights to design and manufacture jerseys, kits, and merchandise for the Indian Men’s, Women’s, and U-19 teams, adidas aims to bring their innovative designs and expertise to the forefront of cricket.
The iconic Team India jersey reflects the rich heritage and craftsmanship of India. The new ODI jersey pays tribute to the national animal of India, the tiger, representing its raw power, fierce beauty, and undeniable strength. The intricate design on the fabric showcases the tiger’s stripes using the traditional ikat pattern, capturing the essence of Indian cricket.
A notable feature of these jerseys is that they are made from 100% recycled materials, marking the first time such sustainable materials have been used for the authentic T20, Test, and ODI jerseys of the Indian Cricket Team. The jerseys also incorporate adidas’ innovative HEAT.RDY fabric, ensuring maximum airflow to keep the players cool during their performances.
To showcase the new designs, adidas has launched a comprehensive 360-marketing campaign across digital, social, print, and out-of-home platforms. Created by Fundamental, an indie agency in India, the campaign features a short film featuring renowned players such as Rohit Sharma, Harmanpreet Kaur, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Shubman Gill, Smriti Mandhana, and Renuka Singh Thakur, along with passionate fans.
