Since Sushil Kumar qualified for the final in the 2012 London Olympics, Ravi Kumar is the only other wrestler from India to emulate that achievement. In order to match their best tally of 6 which was achieved in Rio, India will need one more medal at the Tokyo Olympics and with a few more medal contenders yet to compete in the last three days, it’s realistic to expect them to not just equal but surpass the previous Olympic Games’ medal tally.
