In their pursuit of Florian Wirtz, the brilliant 22-year-old midfielder from Bayer Leverkusen, Liverpool has made great progress.  With his impressive achievements this season, Wirtz has drawn attention from all across Europe and is the talk of the town among elite clubs hoping to recruit him.

 With 31 appearances, 10 goals, and 13 assists this season, Wirtz has been a shining star in the Bundesliga.  Xabi Alonso’s team has benefited greatly from his crucial efforts, which have propelled Leverkusen into a comfortable position in the UEFA Champions League for the upcoming season.  Wirtz is the diamond in the crown at the Bay Arena, where his contract is set to expire in June 2027.
