The T20I series is tied at 1-1, both India and New Zealand will be keen to seal a victory in the 3rd T20
India Vs New Zealand

(Cricket news) This T20 series has been anything but ordinary. The pitches in the first two matches have both been turning tracks. India and New Zealand are both not at full strength but this series has been very entertaining and evenly contested. The last T20 will be played at the Narendra Modi international stadium in Ahmedabad which has a history of producing turning wickets. In bilateral series it is not often that India plays a decider match hence it will be a good experience for these younger players. The men in blue haven’t lost a home bilateral T20 series since 2019 against Australia and they will be keen to keep that record going.

India’s possible playing XI:

Shubman Gill, Ishan Kishan, Rahul Tripathi, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda, Washington Sundar, Shivam Mavi, Kuldeep Yadav, Arshdeep Singh, Umran Malik

Bench: Jitesh Sharma, Prithvi Shaw, Mukesh Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal

The wicket will most likely not turn as much so India wil have to bring back Umran Malik for Yuzvendra Chahal. India’s top 3 is pretty young but they haven’t scored for a while now and the pressure is mounting. Washington Sundar will be looking to continue his incredible form with both bat and ball. Hardik Pandya has been bowling himself a lot while the other two seamers are being under bowled, it will be interesting to see if that continues.

New Zealand possible playing XI:

Finn Allen, Devon Conway, Mark Chapman, Glenn Phillips, Daryl Mitchell, Michael Bracewell, Mitchell Santner, Lockie Ferguson, Ish Sodhi, Blair Tickner, Jacob Duffy

Bench: Ben Lister, Michael Rippon, Dane Cleaver, Henry Shipley

New Zealand have played with the same line-up in both the T20Is and they are likely to do the same. A lot more will be expected from Finn Allen and Mark Chapman with the willow. Skipper Mitchell Santner has had an excellent tour so far and he will be hoping to lead his side to a series win to finish it off in style. Devon Conway is another player who will have  a lot of responsibility as a batter.
