Inter Milan in talks to sign free agent Paulo Dybala

(Football news) A couple of weeks ago Paulo Dybala announced that he will leave Juventus after his contract expires at the end of the season. He played his last home game against Lazio and got a heartwarming and emotional goodbye from the Juventus fans. A lot of clubs are interested in signing the Argentine but Juventus' rivals Inter Milan look to be the front runners at this moment in time.

Dybala joined Juventus from Palermo at the age of 22. In his 7 years at the club the forward has won a total of 12 trophies. He was an integral part of the Juventus team that dominated the Serie A and played in the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League final. Dybala's form has significantly dropped in the past couple of seasons and his recurring injury issues haven't helped either. It is surprising that Juventus have decided to let Dybala go that easily because he is a player adored by the fans. Dybala is just 28 years of age and still has so much to offer but unfortunately for the Bianconeri fans it will be for some other club.

When asked about his future the forward said "I am quite calm, the people who I work with are taking care. In Italy I am very comfortable. I would still like to know other leagues like the Premier League, La Liga… but I’m happy in Italy.” Inter Milan have already lost Ivan Perisic who has joined Tottenham Hotspur for free while Alexis Sanchez will also leave the club for free. Lautaro Martinez who has been constantly linked with a move away from San Siro has also publicly said that he wants to stay at the club. Romelu Lukaku has been linked with a potential return although it will be a very difficult deal to pull off. Dybala will be a perfect signing for Inter and the fact that he is free makes it even better.
