It’s rare when two european football heavyweights clash so early in an international competition, but world champions France are all set to take on former world champions Germany at the Allianz Arena in Munich. While the ‘Group of Death’ is certainly a loosely used word in every important football competition, Group F in Euro 2020 features France, Germany, Portugal and Hungary and the expectations from every team would be to progress beyond the group stage.

Favourites France have a squad full of talent and will be looking to add to their World Cup triumph by finally winning the Euro 2020, having lost the finals to Portugal in 2016.
